New Yorkers are constantly on the go, but this weekend, luxury automaker Lincoln is encouraging everyone to slow down and “Take 5.”

In celebration of Global Wellness Day, Lincoln has unveiled The Sanctuary: By Lincoln Rejuvenate, an immersive wellness installation located on the High Line at 14th Street in New York City. Open June 12-14, the experience invites visitors to step away from the city’s hustle and bustle and enjoy a few moments of relaxation and self-care.

Inspired by the brand’s innovative Lincoln Rejuvenate experience (available in select Lincoln Navigator and Nautilus models), The Sanctuary, a pod set up right on the high line, recreates a calming environment designed to engage the senses. Guests can choose from 5 or 10 minute wellness sessions featuring soothing visuals, ambient lighting, calming sounds, digital scents, and massage seating.

The installation was created by Lincoln’s in-house design team and draws inspiration from the luxurious interiors found throughout the brand’s premium SUVs.

Inside, visitors can experience features such as a 30-Way Perfect Position seat with massage functionality, a panoramic display with immersive visuals, Lincoln Digital Scent technology, and a premium Revel audio system.

The launch comes at a time when wellness continues to be a priority for many Americans.

According to research commissioned by Lincoln, more than half of Americans say they struggle to find a suitable place to unwind. The brand hopes The Sanctuary will provide a welcome escape while showcasing how thoughtful design and technology can support moments of calm.
